The AB Media PPOD application is built by AB Media for internal use. The application provides solutions that allow for centralized product management and order tracking, optimizing product interfaces on the Website as well as performance. Track and manage order processing. This privacy policy describes how personal information is collected, used and shared when you install or use the Store-related Application provided by Shopify.

This Privacy Policy applies to AB Media PPOD as well as products provided by AB Media, accessible from https://oopprint.com , its subdomains and other related services. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the personally identifiable information you may provide to us through our websites and products. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect on our websites and products, how we use this information, and the circumstances under which we may disclose the information to third parties.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
We receive the store data information from Shopify platform through Shopify API and Shopify Hooks.

Data Retention

Our retention practices are: for the store owner, data is stored in our app databases and is stored as long as the store owner continues using the app; when the store owner uninstalls the app, the data is deleted.
For order hook, all personal data is deleted as soon as the app receives the order hooks; no personal data is retained for this kind of information.
For application logs, data is collected for application analyzing, monitoring and security purposes, and is kept in 3 months (***).
(***) The IP is converted to the geolocation data of state and country and the IP is removed after that process. No IP address is stored in our app databases.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
